I'll work with you to create a customised programme in alignment with your goals and lifestyle. This will consist of a training, nutrition and stress management programme that is revised on a monthly basis.
Every step of the way you will be guided and supported to get the best results for you. We will have multiple weekly check ins via WhatsApp or email that keep you accountable to your programme.Then 1x per month a 60 minute zoom session to discuss sleep, breathing and stress management in more detail. Each month we will have a call to discuss moving into the next.
Our programme is designed to help you achieve long-lasting results, so you can continue to thrive in your personal and professional life. This isn't a quick fix programme. Through our journey together you will remove old habits and make new ones. This will allow you to completely change your lifestyle and thrive with long lasting results.

Great to meet you, I'm Dan Edwards. With over 10 years’ experience in the fitness and wellness industry, I understand the stress and struggle that people are facing on a daily basis with their mental and physical well-being.
My personal journey into the this industry started with just a focus on the the “physical”. I graduated from university with a strength and conditioning degree and went straight into personal training career. This was great and I was helping people, but I always knew something was missing. After several years my own stresses built up and with poor coping mechanisms I ended up developing an anxiety disorder and gaining a lot of weight.
It was during this time that I knew my approach to “health” needed to change. So that’s when I embarked on a journey to learn more about the mind, stress and the holistic approach to health. I’m now in the best place mentally and physically that I ever have been. And over the last few years my understanding and knowledge has grown as I’ve gained certifications in meditation and breathwork.
Now, as your wellness coach I work with you to create a full personalised program that understands your current lifestyle and individual needs. Providing you with support and guidance every step of the way. My ultimate goal is to help you transform your life by regaining control over your stress, health and overall wellbeing. We do this together by improving your relationship and habits with training, nutrition, sleep, breathing mechanics and stress management.
